Personally I have found my experience with VR on PC to be a far greater than what is on offer by Sony for the PS4. It is well worth looking at if you are wanting to get more out of your VR headset than just the PlayStation experience Sony wants you to have with the PSVR. Trinus is the software that gives the ability to connect the PSVR to Pc and saves the day by doing so. It is also best to use in conjunction with a program like Virtual Desktop which allows much manipulation of the screen set up so you can do as you please, be it gaming, watching movies or anything else. Extend screen is the setting to use for screens set up. Hitting the “start” button will activate the PSVR headset and you are on your way.

Set up is considerably simple, install open and run the software while the PSVR is hooked up to your PC. This will give uninterrupted access to the software while in VR and greatly improve your time in the Virtual Reality realm. They full version can be downloaded for a cost of 15Euro ($24 AUD). Trinus is free to trial which allows 20 minutes of usage before shutting down, this is great to test out the software and see how it operates on your system. Trinus steps in to bridge the gap and allow PSVR owners to utilise the VR headset in many more ways than Sony intended. Trinus is a program that allows the PSVR to be used with a PC as Sony’s headset has been locked out of the pc world.
